At Rana Fabrics, we want customers to choose their fabric with clarity and confidence. Because our products are supplied as men’s unstitched suiting, returned fabric must remain completely unused and suitable for resale.

Please review the following conditions before requesting a return.

3-Day Return Window

An eligible return request may be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

Requests received after the 3-day period may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return, the fabric must be:

1. Unused
2. Uncut
3. Unstitched
4. Unwashed
5. Unaltered
6. Free from stains, marks, odours or damage
7. Returned in its original packaging
8. Accompanied by any original cards, labels or included accessories

Rana Fabrics reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet these conditions.

Fabric That Cannot Be Returned

A return cannot be accepted if the fabric has been:

1. Cut by the customer or tailor
2. Washed or dry-cleaned
3. Stitched or altered
4. Used or worn
5. Damaged after delivery
6. Removed from its original condition
7. Returned without prior approval

Customers should inspect the complete fabric before cutting or stitching it.

Colour Changes and Exchanges

We do not offer direct colour changes or product exchanges.

Please review the product photographs, colour name and description carefully before placing your order. Where possible, customers may contact our team for colour or fabric guidance before purchasing.

If an item qualifies for return under this policy, the customer may return it and place a separate order for the preferred colour or article.

Colour Representation

We make every reasonable effort to present fabric colours accurately. However, a slight difference may appear because of:

1. Screen brightness
2. Device display settings
3. Indoor or outdoor lighting
4. Photography conditions

Minor visual variations caused by screens or lighting are not normally considered manufacturing defects.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Fabric

If the fabric arrives damaged, contains a verified manufacturing defect or differs from the article ordered, contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please provide:

1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs or video of the fabric
3. A description of the issue
4. A photograph of the packaging, where relevant

The fabric must not be cut, washed, stitched or used before the complaint is reviewed.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return request:

1. Contact Rana Fabrics within the applicable return period.
2. Share your order number and reason for return.
3. Provide photographs or video where required.
4. Wait for return approval and shipping instructions.
5. Send the approved item to the address provided by our support team.

Please do not send a parcel back without receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping Charges

All return courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Return delivery charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier service, as Rana Fabrics cannot be responsible for a return parcel that is lost or damaged before reaching us.

Inspection and Approval

Once the returned fabric reaches Rana Fabrics, it will be inspected to confirm that it meets the return conditions.

After inspection, we will notify you whether the return has been approved or declined.

Refund Process

If the return is approved, the refund will be processed using the available refund method communicated by our team.

The final time required for the amount to appear may depend on the bank, payment provider or refund method used.

Return courier charges will not be included in the refunded amount.

Right to Decline a Return

Rana Fabrics may decline a return where:

1. The request was submitted after the stated period
2. The fabric has been cut, stitched, washed or used
3. The product is incomplete or damaged
4. The item does not match the originally dispatched product
5. The return conditions have not been followed
